How do I book a quote?
Simply call us and we will book you in for a free, no obligation quotation with Steve Earls who will come and see you in person and have a chat about your relocation. We truly believe that face-to-face quotes are the only guaranteed way that everything you need is planned and prepared properly, with no hidden costs that phone quotes might incur.
Once I've received my quote, how do I book the removal?
Easy! Just email us to put in writing that you accept our services as well as our terms and conditions and we will confirm you for your removal!
How much notice must I give for your services?
As much as possible! We like to book you in as soon as possible to reserve your crew but unforeseen things do happen in the world of removals so if you give us as much as you possibly can then we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
I've asked for some materials so I can start packing, how do I go about getting these delivered?
Just call or email our office and ask us for them! If you give us several options for when you are home to receive them, we will confirm and work around you.
How and when do I need to pay for the service?
We currently only accept BACS, Cheques and cash for our services so we ask that all payments are made and cleared before we deliver your items to your new home on the day of your relocation - so please allow time for BACS and Cheques to clear ahead of your move.
I need help dismantling and reassembling my furniture, can you help?
Yes, our crews are experienced and trained to help with anything like this and as long as it's stated on your quote following your visit from Steve, we will be able to help you. For insurance reasons we cannot dismantle/ reassemble anything that we haven't done ourselves. If you are worried about any special furniture or items then please flag this to Steve on your quote and he will walk you through our specialist protection methods.
I have lots of boxes left after my move - can you help?
As part of our environmental policy, we really like to recycle our materials so yes! Please call us and we will arrange for a collection to be made although please note that box collections are not available of long distance moves.
